Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the PayPal shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Once we receive an order we wll usually email a reply and confirm that we accept your order. If we have inadvertently miss-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will contact you and offer either a substitute, or new price, or a refund your money. If you are not satisfied with what you are offered then you are entitled to a full refund.
Custom Messages on Greetings Cards
We reserve the right not to process your order if we decide that you are using this website to cause distress or offence to any person, if this happens we will refund any payment made by you.
Shipping and handling
Royal Mail first class delivery for individual cards and second class delivery for packs of cards. Prices quoted are for UK delivery and are not valid for offshore or remote locations.
Delivery schedule
Orders are usually dispatched within three working days.
Credit card security
During the checkout procedure you will be directed to the PayPal checkout system. If you don't have a PayPal account it doesn't matter as you can pay using any major credit or debit card.

If we were to sell this part of the business we would transfer customer information as part of the asset transfer.
Returns Policy
Good can be returned for any reason whatsoever within 10 working days of receipt for a no quibble refund of purchase price and delivery cost. The cost of returning is at the buyers expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
